Hey, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you would like to make a return for a refund, please keep your packing slip and items in original condition and packaging. We will refund you the value of your product minus shipping costs. To start your return, please send us an email at email@example.com with your request and order number, and we’ll take it from there!
I want to make an exchange:
No problem. Just keep your packing slip and unused items in original condition and packaging. To start your exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange request and order number, and we’ll send you a return label at no cost (on US orders).
My purchase arrived damaged:
While we rarely have issues with damaged products, we will obviously send a refund or reship your order at no cost to you. If your item is damaged, please contact us within 5 days from receiving your order. Note your order number and shoot us a photo of the damaged product to email@example.com, and we’ll get right on it.
